You can help support Artemis Center.
Thank you for considering a gift to Artemis Center. Your contribution will make a difference to those trying to free their lives from domestic violence. You may use our secure online donation system to make a donation right now.
It takes the generosity of people, like you, to make a difference in the lives of the women and children experiencing domestic violence. Your gift makes it possible to sustain Artemis Center’s mission to enable these families to reclaim their lives. Supporters have many options when donating:
Donating between April 30, 2020 and May 26, 2020? Through a Giving Tuesday Now initiative, a global day of giving in response to the unprecedented need caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, donations during these dates are eligible to be matched. Click here to donate through our partner’s secure site for your gift to be matched!
Donate Directly: Donate directly to Artemis Center by sending a check, donating online, or even designate a donation from your charitable checking account.
Please make checks payable to Artemis Center and send to:

Matching Gifts: With matching gifts, you can double or even triple the amount of your gift to Artemis Center. Many people take advantage of the matching gifts programs at their companies to do their charitable giving. In order to have your donation matched, please contact your human resources department to request a matching gift form and instructions regarding your employer’s matching gifts process.
Estate and Gift Planning: Including Artemis Center in your estate planning has many benefits including an estate tax charitable deduction, reduced tax burden for your heirs and you leave a lasting legacy helping victims of domestic violence in our community.
In-Kind Donations: Frequently, women and children come to Artemis Center with nothing more than the clothes on their backs. That’s why many businesses, organizations and individuals support Artemis Center by holding donation drives to support our goal to provide families experiencing domestic violence with the necessities for daily living—food and personal hygiene items.

OTHER WAYS TO CONTRIBUTE
Nancy Grigsby Survivor Fund
The purpose of the fund is to enhance the safety of domestic violence victims and their children. The assistance provided will include food, shelter, and transportation, such as new locks or other home security needs, deposit or rent for shelter, assistance with utilities, or groceries – critical assistance for many domestic violence victims trying to leave an abusive situation with few resources. While Artemis Center receives program funding support from a number of government and private sources, few resources are available to assist with the basics of food, shelter, or transportation. Future plans for the fund include expanding the assistance to long-term needs such as education, home down payment, or emergency medical needs.
